Practical EQ for Leaders in Melbourne
The Harvard Club of Victoria has decided to doubly emulate the successful workshop that was run in Sydney. The one-day workshops will be held at the office of Shinewing Australia 10/530 Collins St, Melbourne on Thursday 1st November & Friday 2nd November. The investment will be the same as Sydney $499+GST. The workshop is open to the public.

As I said in my last newsletter I have signed an agreement with a major Australian RTO: Allara Learning. It has great and convenient training facilities at its new offices at 45 Clarence Street.

- What are the emotional strengths and weaknesses in my team?
- How do I harness the strengths and compensate for the weaknesses?
- How do I coach my staff to become more effective performers

What I liked about them is that they were simple to read, simple to understand, simple to remember and easily transferable to “selling ideas” rather than “selling products”.
