I have stated previously that I don’t like the Mayer-Salovey Emotional Blueprint model that EQ (Emotional intelligence Quotient) comprises the four abilities of being able to identify, use, understand and manage emotions. As I said in my previous blog, I found The Emotionally Intelligent Manager: HOW TO DEVELOP AND USE THE FOUR KEY EMOTIONAL SKILLS OF LEADERSHIP by David R.
