Sandberg’s most famous quote is “A truly equal world would be one where women ran half our countries and companies and men ran half our homes.” My argument based on the Humm-Wadsworth model was that a 50/50 split is genetically impossible but a split of 2:1 is feasible. Previously Sandberg was a C-level executive at Google for nine years and before that she served as chief of staff for Larry Summers when he was United States Secretary of the Treasury.
