More on Extraverts and Introverts
Two interesting pieces appeared in my in-tray this month. The first was a blog from BBC Worklife: Why introverts didn't actually 'win' lockdown. The first podcast was an interview with Amy Jacobson, the author of Emotional Intelligence: A Simple and Actionable Guide to Increasing Performance, Engagement and Ownership.
