For my sins I attempt to play golf which because of the march of time is slowly getting worse.
One of the great quotes of golf is by Grantland Rice (one of the USA’s finest sports journalists):
Eighteen holes of match play will teach you more about your foe than 18 years of dealing with him across a desk.
Recently I was sent the following video clip of long-time sportswriter Rick Reilly discussing his new book “Commander in Cheat” that details how President Donald Trump allegedly cheats his opponents at golf.
I have blogged on several occasions about Donald Trump and thought the one I posted on 15 November 2020 “Goodbye to my favourite corporate psychopath” would be the last. However when I saw the CNN clip how Trump cheats at golf I had to post another.
The clip clearly demonstrates the 7MTF profile of Trump. His desire to win because of his very high Politician Component is pathological. Similarly, his complete lack of ethics as demonstrated by his cheating indicates that his GoGetter component is at a similar level. By contrast his Regulator is very low.
I wrote another blog on Donald Trump on 24 February 2018 “Does this describe Donald Trump?” There have been a surfeit of articles about the personality of Donald Trump, particularly in last few weeks but I still believe none has matched my blog of nearly three years ago.
